1. This article explains how to submit your abstract for the EARMA Conference 


Instructions to submit an abstract



Step 1: Access the online abstract submission form

  • Select the Annual Conferences from the main menu


  • Select "Login to your member account".
  • If this is the first time you have logged on to the system you will be requested to accept the GDPR conditions.
  • Once this has been completed, you may select the Annual Conference menu option
  • Select the submit "Abstract Button". 
  • To submit an abstract select the type of abstract from the options provided



Step 2: Populate the content as requested in the form

  • All obligatory fields are marked with an asterix and highlighted in red. Please ensure that these are correctly filled in to submit your abstract once all the steps are completed. Then press save.

  • Please enter the content description of your abstract. You may edit this at a later date by selecting your abstract in the abstract dashboard.


     

  • Once you have entered your abstract proposal, please select save.




  • Add the Authors either by selecting from the drop-down list or by editing the text field.


  • Once the Authors have been correctly added, click save.


  • Select an alternative format by clicking on the "Add an alternative format box."


  • Once you have selected your chosen preferred formats press, Save


  • This will take you to the Abstract dashboard, where you will be able to edit, submit, view or download a pdf of your abstract.
